Our Terms and conditions & The acceptance of using our services

1. Agreement Overview: 1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Future painting & decorating, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," for the provision of painting and decorating services as specified in the attached Invoice proposal or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Payment Terms: 2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Contractor the total amount specified in the proposal or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2.2 Payment is due within 7 days from the date of completion of the project or as specified in the invoice.

3. Late Fees: 3.1 If the Client fails to make payment by the due date, a late fee of up to 5% of the total outstanding amount may be applied.

 

3.2 Late fees will be calculated on a monthly or weekly basis until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Admin Fees: 4.1 In the event of a late payment or any other non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Client agrees to pay any reasonable administrative fees incurred by the Contractor in the process of collecting payments.

 

4.2 Admin fees will be communicated to the Client in writing or by email and will be added to the total amount due.

5. By choosing to go with Future painting & decorating you agree on the terms and conditions that apply when using our service

​

6. All projects must be paid in full prior to our commencement of touch ups if required.

 

7. Debt collection may be used if payment is left unpaid.

8. The Client further agrees that the terms and conditions are binding upon them and constitute a legally enforceable agreement between Future painting & decorating and the Client.
